I started working out at age 12, competed in powerlifting at age 15 (I held American dead lift record in high school). I was a super skinny kid growing up - 6'5", 165 lbs. I was a member of the armed forces - US army - engineering and demolition. I went to college for civil engineering and am a certified personal trainer through ISSA. I compete nationally in strongman contests- you know; pulling buses, lifting stones, throwing telephone poles - that sort of thing. Oh yeah -I do the above with a pacemaker.
